Resetting a password
If you've forgotten your password, it is straight forward to create a new password for your account.
You will need to know your registered email address in order to reset your password, and you'll need to be able to receive emails to this account to receive a verification email.
- Click here to access the password reset screen, or click the "forgotten your password" link on the Unicity login screen.
- Enter your email address when prompted.
- You will be sent a validation email within a couple of minutes. If you do not receive this email check your junk mail folder.
- Within this email there will be a link to verify your identity. Click this link, and you will be taken back to the Unicity website, where you will be able to choose a new password.
For increased security, Unicity passwords must meet the following complexity requirements:
- Be a minimum of 9 characters long
- Contain at least one lowercase letter and one uppercase letter, or one non-alphabetic character (such as a number or symbol)
